In these consolidated appeals, Appellants, targets of an ongoing grand jury investigation, challenge three district court orders: two denying Appellants motions to return documents turned over to Appellee in the process of complying with a grand jury subpoena (Nos. 98-40870 and 99-40271) and one granting Appellees motion to compel production of certain documents under the subpoena (No. 99-40262). We dismiss all three appeals for want of jurisdiction and, as to No. 99-40262, grant mandamus.
