Relator Charles Edward Lincoln, III brings this original proceeding seeking mandamus relief from the denial of a motion to recuse the district judge presiding over Lincolns divorce action. His complaint is that his motion was summarily denied without a hearing. We will deny mandamus relief. Additionally, we hold that this mandamus proceeding is groundless as a matter of law and that the underlying motion to recuse is also groundless on its face. Lincoln and his counsel are ordered to show cause why this Court should not impose sanctions on each of them. Tex. R. App. P. 52.11(a); see also Tex. R. App. P. 45.
